Who is Eligible for IARO Membership?
Membership is open to companies, organisations, academic institutions and individuals with an interest in air-rail activities. We welcome members from all countries and sectors - railways, airports, airlines, manufacturers, suppliers, consultants, advisers, researchers, and representatives.
Once you join IARO, your entire company becomes a member. This means that all employees, even those in branches around the world, can enjoy the benefits of membership.
Membership Fee and Payment
We've introduced a new Annual Membership Fee structure.
You can join IARO now, and your membership will be valid until the end of 2024, offering you an extended first year for the price of one annual fee.
From 1 July 2023, the annual Membership Fee will be as follows:
- Company/Organisation Membership: £795
- Small Business Membership: £295
- Individual Membership: £195
These Fees are exclusive of VAT

Data Protection Information
Your membership information will available to the organisers of IARO Conferences and to the producer of our Yearbook. It will also be made available to other IARO members and will be used by the IARO to provide you with the many membership benefits you are entitled to, such as requested documents and task group updates. We will not pass your membership details to any other party without your permission.
Under the terms of the Data Protection Act, you are entitled to request a copy of the information we hold about you. You are also entitled to request any amendments or to have your details removed from our database entirely.
